2008 (St. George’s): Christel Felix smiled as she received ten (10)
crisp hundred dollar notes in her hand from Cable & Wireless’
Marketing Communications Manager, Sheldon Keens-Douglas on Friday at
the City Sound FM Studios in River Road.
Christel was the lucky
winner from the company’s Text to Win competition held at the Boogie
B and the Red Army band Launch event at Victoria Park, Grenville on
Saturday, March 22nd, 2008. Patrons who attended the show
had the opportunity to text for $1000 in cash on their bMobile
handset.
Miss. Felix, who is a
teacher from Mamma Cannes was pleasantly shocked to be chosen from
the thousands who attended the massive show and who participated in
the bMobile text promotion. She said on live radio “that she will
use the money to open a savings account for her young son.”
BMobile, the mobile brand
