After months of waiting for
what is the biggest Cable & Wireless giveaway of the year so far one
lucky customer, Elicia Jacob has driven away in style in the fully
loaded Volkswagen Cross Polo, valued at over $70,000. Ms. Jacob
won the car, much to the envy of thousands who tuned in to
watch the live broadcast, through her participation in the “Win That
Ride” promotion. Commenting on the promotion, Marketing
Communications Manager of Cable & Wireless, Sheldon Keens-Douglas
said “This has been one of the most exciting promotions ever. What
made it even more interesting is how easy we made it for customers
to be a part of this promotion, there were several ways to enter and
it included both our pre-paid and postpaid customers. Since the end
date of the promotion, we have been bombarded with calls enquiring
as to the winner of this fantastic car. Well the waiting is over and
all of us at C&W congratulate Ms. Jacobs on her lucky win and we
thank her and the many other customers who participated for
continuing to support our company.”
The promotion ran
from January 25th to April 30th. According to
bMobile Manager Vidya Singh “the response from customers was
overwhelming.” Commenting on her fortune in the Win That Ride
promotion Ms. Jacob said “I was hoping that I would win, yet I saw
