Customer service is the responsibility of every employee at Cable & Wireless.

The service we provide is guided by your communication needs, which means we will continue to work with you to determine the best possible solutions.

Our goal is to give you the best possible service, which is what you expect and deserve.

Our Service guarantee
We are continually striving to improve the service we offer.
Please do tell us if we fail to meet our delivery and repair times.

In return, you will be entitled to claim back the installation or connection charge for the following services:

Telephone Line Cellular Phone
Telephone Features VoiceMail
Internet Local private wire (businesses)

Where no installation charge applies you will be entitled to a rebate of the first month's rental.

Failure to repair your telephone line within 12 working hours entitles you to claim EC$10 for each additional 12 hour period that the service remains unavailable.

Your rebate will be credited to your next bill.
