In return, you will be entitled to claim back the installation or
connection charge for the following services:
private wire (businesses)
Where no installation
charge applies you will be entitled to a rebate of the first month's
Failure to repair your telephone line within 12 working hours entitles
you to claim EC$10 for each additional 12 hour period that the service
Your rebate will be credited to your next bill.
